Who are you?


We are K (designer) and B (Mastermind).


How do you produce the clothes?


Every Item is customized and design from raw materials then selected personally printing or detailing methods by me, K. Then sent to our small workshop to be produced, we can’t make massive stock it takes a while to produce every single piece.


Do you ship Internationally?


Yes, once the item is ready to ship:

  1. It will be shipped via Mexican Post, using Regular Parcel service. We can provide other shipping methods please ask!
  2. A tracking code will be sent to you by email.

Order processing takes between 5 to 15 business days (due to COVID 19 Pandemics may take more) from Monday to Friday, once your order has been processed, your item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 


We know you want your package ASAP and we will do everything we can to ensure that it reaches your doorstep as quickly as possible. Please be aware of the fact that delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. 


We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages once a package has been passed over to a third-party delivery system (i.e. MexPost, FedEx, etc) but please drop us a line to help you out.


 


How do I track my package online?


Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number,make sure you check your spam folder because sometimes the emails go there. You can also track your order http://www.track-trace.com/post Once your order has shipped from our storage, please directly contact your courier with any inquiries about the status of your package


Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages


In the case that the courier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties. Similarly, APPAREL K is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery. The customer will be notified by an email saying that the package was returned and we will wait for your instructions.



Service Delays


APPAREL K is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. Similarly, we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays. In cases such as these, please contact your courier with any inquiries about the status of your package.


What if something is wrong with my order?


If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact the store directly.

We reserve the right to cancel orders. All sales are final; no refunds.


Products may have slight differences in size or color.


We won't provide returns for this kind of situation. 


CANCELLATIONS


Once your order has been placed there are no cancellations to be done. Please make a purchase once you are completely sure about your order.
